Ford Maverick Towing

Maverick comes standard with a 2.5L Hybrid engine (191 horsepower and 155 pound-feet of torque) that gets better fuel economy than many small sedans (EPA-estimated 42 mpg city). Paired with a CVT and front-wheel drive, the base engine is suitable for light everyday tasks-capable of towing up to 2,000 pounds.

Ford also offers its conveniently compact pickup with an available turbocharged 2.0L EcoBoost engine (250 hp, 277 lb-ft) with an 8-speed automatic transmission. Equipped with available AWD and the autologically-named 4K Tow Package, an EcoBoost Maverick can tow up to 4,000 pounds.

The Maverick is offered with a SuperCrew cab and 4.5-foot box. But with the standard multi-position tailgate and available bed extender cage the box provides up to 6.5-feet of usable length.

Ford Ranger Towing

The Ford Range is available with a SuperCrew cab and 5.0-foot box or an extended cab (SuperCab) with a 6.0-foot box.

All Ranger models are powered by a 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine (270 hp, 310 lb-ft) paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel or four-wheel drive. In its base configuration, Ranger can tow up to3,500 pounds. And with the available Trailer Tow Package, its trailer rating rises to 7,500 pounds.

Ford F-150 Towing

The Ford F-150 offers multiple cab/bed configurations. Regular Cab models come with a 6.5-foot or 8.0-foot box. SuperCab models offer a 6.5-foot or 8.0-foot box. And SuperCrew models equip a 5.5-foot or 6.5-foot box

There's also an extensive powertrain lineup. With available turbo-V6, V8, hybrid, and all-electric options, F-150 makes it easy to select your ideal blend of efficiency, capability, and value for your Gaylord or Cheboygan drives.
